We are currently looking for Customer Support specialists to one of our businesses - PawChamp.

PawChamp is an online dog training school that helps owners become the best "parents" to their four-legged friends. Our mission is to provide easy and effective access to knowledge that makes dogs happy and obedient and their owners confident and satisfied.

We are looking for Customer Support Agent who will be an important part of our team and will be responsible for creating the best customer experience.

Main tasks in this role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone calls and chats;
— Solving customer problems with professionalism and friendliness;
— Gathering customer feedback to improve our products and services;
— Attention to detail in gathering information for escalation complex inquiries to the relevant teams (Technical Support, Billing, Product Department);
— Advising customers on our product capabilities to help them achieve the best results.

What is important to us:
— From Upper Intermediate English (B1+), spoken and written: please note that this item is first on the list, it is very important to us!

— Deep understanding of needs customers and the desire to help them achieve their goals;
— Strong empathy and the ability to communicate effectively with customers;
— Flexibility to work in a flexible schedule (including night shifts - up to 8 nights in month).

Desirable, but not required:
Experience in customer support, sales or customer retention, or just customer service.
— Knowledge and work experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk or others).
- Ability to adapt to constructive feedback and the ability to provide such feedback.
