Need Skills and Experience:
• Experience in a similar position From 6 months
• The level of English language proficiency-upper-intetermediate+ and above, excellent written English
• Work experience With Tiket systems (Zendesk, Intercom, FreshDesk, Etc.)
• The ability to handle up to 100 (50-60 on average) cases per day without loss of concentration and quality of communication. • Style = "font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> • Billing experience with requests and payments


• 12 compensated weekends per year
