Key tasks:
• Effective processing of user requests in Zendesk (Chat, e-mail)< /span>
• Track and respond to reviews in the App Store< /span>
• Together with the support team, create Knowledge Base materials< /span>
• Participate in setting up support processes with the team

Required skills and experience:
• Work experience in a similar position from 6 months
• The level of English is Upper-Intermediate+ and above, excellent written English
• Experience with ticket systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Ability to process up to 100 (50-60 on average) cases per day without losing concentration and quality of communication
• Experience with KPI
