Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Responsible, patient, good at time management.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.


Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm American Eastern time.
