What you should be able to:
1) Mandatory knowledge of English (level of telephone communication). All communication with clients is in English in the WhatsApp messenger and by phone.
2) Be able to use CRM. We use KommoCRM. , you need an uninterrupted connection, since many providers provide this service).
We will teach you the rest and help you with a smile.

What you will do:
No callbacks, service imposition, cold and warm calls.
We receive more than 100 applications for renting cars and yachts per day. We need to properly qualify the client's request, prompt him with information or redirect him to another department.

Communication with clients on WhatsApp, Telegram and telephony.
What types of requests will you work with:

- Timely delivery of the car to the client, notifications during the delay;

- Any kind of information services (how to pay for parking, what to do in the event of an accident, the car broke down, does not start, flat tire, etc.);

- The client wants to renew the car and everything related to the rental payment and additional payments.

Working hours:
As we always want to be in touch for our customers, our work schedule is 24/7. Therefore, your work schedule will be one of 3 shifts. Shifts of 8 hours. The only inconvenience is the weekend. They are floating with us, but we are flexible and ready to go to a meeting.
