Our goal is to build a publisher A-Player in the mobile category photo/video editing. We are currently in the process of scaling our business and are hiring professionals to accelerate product development and increase our presence in the global market.
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Customer Support to provide quality support to users of the Lift application and help grow this direction.
Your tasks will be:
- Communication with users in various communication channels (only in writing: email, chat, social media), consulting regarding the company's products and their functionality. Working with feedback and complaints.
- Identifying and working on user problems, gathering the necessary information, collaborating with QA and the development team to solve them.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from users and passing it on to the product team.
What we expect from you:
- 1+ year of Customer Support Manager/Agent work.
- Experience with Zendesk or other support system.
- Developed communication skills, customer orientation and stress resistance. The ability to find a personal approach to the user.
- Developed critical and analytical thinking skills, focus on finding solutions.
- Experience of working in the B2C direction with a large number of requests.
- Responsibility for the result, ability to work autonomously.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English for free written communication.
