What tasks will need to be performed?
- Customer consultation in messengers/by phone (only warm base)
- Transfer requests to related departments to solve complex issues.
- Working with objections, conflict situations.
- Fixing and processing applications in accordance with company rules.
What do we expect from candidates?
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with customers via messengers and on the phone, politeness and attention to details in conversation .
- Ability to work with conflict situations — the ability to calmly respond to customer objections and effectively resolve possible conflicts.
- Responsibility and attention to detail — the ability to clearly record customer requests and draw them up in accordance with company rules.
- Teamwork skills — the ability to interact with other departments to convey requests and solve complex issues.
- Willingness to learn and develop — willingness to quickly learn new knowledge and skills in the work process.
Work experience is not mandatory, but the desire to learn and the ability to work with clients will be advantage.
