About us: Royalbet is an innovative iGaming platform that offers a wide range of entertainment including Casino games, Sports betting, Live casino and Crash-games. We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our customers via online chat, email and phone. 
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Make calls to potential and existing users, explaining all the benefits of playing on our platform
• Deal with customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist users with account verification processes, including KYC checks
• Work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
• Collaborate with other departments , to ensure a smooth solution to technical or other problems

Requirements:

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian and Russian languages; English is a plus
• Previous experience in iGaming
• Experience with customer support
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Strong verbal skills and written communication
