We are looking for a new candidate for a Customer Support vacancy in our center.

Therefore, if you are an active employee and have experience in support positions - we will be happy to talk with you personally and agree on all aspects of employment.

Tasks:

• Prompt assistance in solving technical problems of users;
• Maintenance reporting in Word and Excel;
• Timely transfer of information about the occurrence of problems to relevant departments;
• Active work with other departments to solve current issues/tasks.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsibility and organization.
