Customer Success & Training Specialist in Strim.co

Responsibilities:

• User support in online chat, collecting and analyzing user feedback;

• preparation of proposals for changes to the processes of electronic system of normative legal acts, preparation of educational materials (user instructions, FAQ, etc.); 

• filling and maintaining knowledge base;

• Organization and conduct of training activities;

• Preparation of Methodological Recommendations, Development of Standards of Curriculum and Instructions;

• preparation of materials for educational activities; 

• Preparing reports.

Requirements:

• User support experience of 2 years;

• Experience in creating educational content of various formats (instructions, FAQ, presentations, etc.); 

• Communication experience with users or public speaking;

  will be an advantage:

  • experience in the field IT;

  • Experience in the field of development of training/methodical work programs from 1 year;

  • experience of working with or in state structures;

  • Software test experience;

  • High communication, analytical and presentation skills.
