Radency is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for an American SaaS platform that helps businesses analyze their site traffic and increase user engagement.
About the project:
👉 The solution is in production and works with the data of more than 50 million active users every month
< p>👉 Among the companies using the platform are such global media giants as HBO, Paramount and Fox👉 Customers are passionate about their product and are focused on long-term cooperation, so STO (former director of one of Cisco's cloud areas) takes an active part in working on the product and personally forms a team of developers facing position
- Experience working with HTML/CSS and understanding the principles of web development
- Ability to work on a shifted schedule: from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Kyiv time (communication with American clients in the PST time zone)
- Good communication skills and Advanced English
Main tasks of the position:
- Understanding the complex architecture of the solution and workflows (80% of questions from customers will be about the product, 20% - investigation tasks)
- Customer support - answering customer questions about using the product
- Customer success - onboarding of new customers and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the product
