We are looking for a well-organized person who will help our customers' success team to work with clients based on the US market. Customer Success Manager facilitates the communication between a business and its customers, making sales and support of our services. You will ensure that our clients get the most out of our software, remain satisfied with their purchase, and stay loyal to the company. 

Skills

  1. English is a must, read and write (Upper Intermediate/Advanced)

  2. Experience of facing customers, leading online meetings and presentations

  3. Experience in sales (2 years at least)

  4. Problem-solving mindset

  5. Excellent time management skills

  6. Ability to build positive long term relations with customers

  7. Strong desire to be always helpful

  8. Stress tolerance

Responsibilities

  1. Help new customers get started with the software

  2. Customers onboarding

  3. Leading online meetings and presentations

  4. Constantly have meetings or be in touch with customers

  5. Display and record communication history with customers in CRM (HubSpot)

  6. Responding and handling customer requests in chats, ticket desk and emails

  7. Keep customers engaged and regularly using the product

  8. Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction

  9. Increase customer retention and minimize customer churn (resolve issues before they happen)

  10. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
