Your future tasks:

• Bronze Players Conversion into VIP clients of higher segments;
• Help with Deposits, Payments, Bonuses and Games;
• Help in the verification process as needed;
• Support and improvement of knowledge about existing and new products;
• 18: 00-02: 00 by Kiev (work schedule from Monday to Friday).

YOUR SKILLS:

• Free Oral and Written English;
• The ability to communicate by phone and in letters;
• Excellent communicative skills and experience in customer objections;
• The ability to interest the client with additional services, it is interesting to emphasize the positive aspects of the product;
