We need a team of the best to keep winning. That's why we're looking for Customer Success Manager who will strengthen the team on the common path to ambitious goals.
As part of a team, you:
- you will communicate with students and help them solve issues related to education (questions about the course and its filling, work with a personal account, etc.);
- achieve goals and KPIs;
- Collect and aggregate customer feedback for the production department;
- solve various complex cases during student training.
Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:
- have experience in sales or customer support of at least 6 months;
- you speak Ukrainian;
- well-developed communication skills;
- can listen and ask a lot of questions;
- are not afraid of KPIs and are ready to enjoy the results together with us;
- self-motivated and independently manage your working time;
- get high from positive feedback from students.
