We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Customer Success Manager!

Your future tasks:

  • control of the base of VIP players of the Bronze segment ;
  • maintaining user activity on projects;
  • returning clients from inactivity;
  • providing personalized assistance to clients and creating a positive client experience on the project;
  • processing of incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and client requests;
  • work simultaneously in several communication channels: calls, letters;
  • possibility to work according to the schedule 18:00-02:00 Kyiv time. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.


Your skills:

  • fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
  • ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to emphasize the positive aspects of the project;
  • work with player objections;
  • multitasking;
  • ability to allocate working time and stick to established deadlines;
  • desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
  • empathy and stress resistance in complex cases.


Preferred, but not critical:

  • ability to use Excel;
  • experience working with the SoftSwiss admin.
  • gambling experience.
