For faster development of our company, we need ambitious and proactive specialists. We are currently looking for Customer Success Manager (integration direction) .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- explain the benefits of the system (organize calls, find out what business challenges the client faces and propose appropriate solutions) ;
- introduce users to the product (conduct a demo and write a detailed roadmap);
- to be responsible for the integration process, so that the user adjusts faster and his indicators are higher;
- analyze the client's indicators and build strategies for their improvement;
- maintain communication between the client, the integration team and other departments;
- represent the interests of the client (collect feedback, analyze and transfer this data to other departments of the company).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- you can clearly and competently express your thoughts, both orally and in writing;
- you have 2 years of experience in the field of marketing or customer care, mainly in online services or product companies;
- basic understanding of SQL queries, machine learning, e-commerce;
- English level - intermediate and higher;
- you can work independently and proactively;
- an active life position, in particular, during the performance of assigned tasks.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- ability to use Elastic / Looker Studio;
- e-commerce experience: understanding different business models, studying user experience, ways to improve conversion and increase sales.
