Main responsibilities:
- interaction with local teams and hub teams to solve set tasks;
- support of operational processes and control of their execution;
- ensuring and quality control of customer service;< /p>
- support for the implementation of operational tasks (work in Business Manager Meta and other Meta tools);
- support for communication with the Meta team regarding the solution of current tasks;
- research and search for opportunities to improve the quality of customer service and their growth;
- preparation of regular reports on customer activity;
- promotion and assistance in the creation of training materials;
- assistance and creation of presentation materials or other marketing materials;
- consideration of customer requests, striving and active participation in the development of ways to improve the customer experience;
- providing assistance to the marketing team and local teams in organizing webinars and other events.
What we expect from you:
- knowledge of the basic principles of digital platforms and indicators of digital advertising;
- English proficiency level B2 and above (we read, write and speak this language every day);
- ability to build quality and productive relationships with clients and partners;
- high level of communication skills (both oral and written);
- ability to independently organize the entire work process and set priorities;
- confident user of Excel and PowerPoint;
- the ability to provide technical information to people with different levels of knowledge in the field; of digital marketing;
- you can prepare for the speech yourself and make a presentation for it;
- the desire to improve your professional knowledge and skills, constantly updating your knowledge in the field in which you work.
It will be great if you:
- have experience in customer support and support;
- you have basic knowledge of Meta advertising tools.
