Required skills:
- 1+ years relevant work experience in a customer success account management, professional services, or consulting role;
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must;
- Great people skills;
- Ability to evaluate customer needs;
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective Cooperation with Team Members and Company Departments.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting customer surveys to gather feedback on product.
- Analyzing customer needs and preferences to inform product development strategies.
- Providing assistance and maintaining regular communication with existing clients.
- Keeping clients informed about updates and potential developments in the product.
- Managing email campaigns targeted at potential clients, including automated email setup.
- Organizing online meetings with prospective clients to showcase product features.
- Creating presentations and use cases tailored to clients' needs.
- Developing content for the website/blog to engage and inform clients.
- Documenting and publishing instructions on the website.
- Handling invoicing and monitoring payments from clients.
- Monitoring market trends in advanced analytics and identifying insights to adapt to market changes.
- Making recommendations for product improvements and contributing to the product roadmap.
