Swarmer is a Vendor-Agnostic Autonomy for Coordinated Robots. We develop AI-managed collaborative autonomy to make teams of connected drones and autonomous systems smart, efficient, and self-improving over time.
Currently we are looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
📌 ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at Swarmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our defense-tech customers effectively deploy and utilize products. Your technical expertise and dedication to their success will directly enhance the operational effectiveness and readiness of our forces.
📌 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new military units, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platforms and enabling them to become fully operational quickly and efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across military units. Regularly check in to assess their satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Technical Support: Provide frontline technical support, assisting military units with system setup, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure maximum performance in critical situations.
• System Deployment: Facilitate the seamless deployment and integration of our systems across various units and locations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Training & Education: Conduct comprehensive training sessions and create detailed instructional materials to empower military personnel to operate systems efficiently and with confidence.
• Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor the usage of our systems in the field, identifying potential issues before they impact operations, and providing timely, effective solutions.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback and insights from users in the field, and collaborate with our development teams to refine and enhance our systems for even better performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams, command units, and external partners to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement of our platforms.
• Renewals and Expansion : Collaborate with product and leadership teams to identify opportunities for expanding our technology’s footprint across different military units. Ensure high renewal rates by consistently demonstrating the value and return on investment (ROI) our solutions provide.
📌 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer success or technical support, with experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts related to our platform. Experience in military technology or related fields is a significant plus.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clearly conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical military personnel.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep commitment to customer success, characterized by proactivity, empathy, and a strong drive to deliver outstanding experiences to our military users.
• Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, track customer health, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborative Spirit : A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve shared goals in a dynamic, startup environment.
