We are currently looking for a Customer Success Coordinator for one of our businesses - Liven.

Liven is used to track mood, experience emotions, and untangle thoughts through communication with an AI companion. Users create new routines with a task planner, explore brain and body responses to trauma through personalized courses, take mental wellness quizzes, and relax or focus with soundscapes.

In the role of Customer Success Coordinator, you are expected to:
- monitor the first messages of users before meeting the coach;
- evaluate and monitor coaching sessions according to quality standards;
- close cooperation with Operations Manager and Operations Lead to align coaching development with goals company.
What is important to us:
— A high level of empathy for both coaches and clients, taking into account the sensitivity of life coaching;
— Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and proactivity;
— English level B2+;
— Knowledge of performance monitoring and quality assessment tools;
— Willingness to work in the evening / night shifts (Kyiv time) to cover US time zones.

- study at university majoring in psychology;
- have experience conducting calls in English.

—Coaches: providing feedback and supporting their professional development;
—Operations Manager: responsible for recruiting, onboarding and integration of coaches;
—Operations Lead: works on the overall development strategy of consultingservices in business.
