will be your focus?

  • Personal communication with registered participants of webinars and online events (calls/messengers) to confirm participation.

  • Formation of the first contact with the students."font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> during events (attendance, activity, questions).

  • Gathering feedback from participants within 1-2 days after the webinar.

  • Conducting short conversations about the goals, needs, and education of potential students.
  • contacts by level of interest.

  • Conducting short introductory meetings (demo) with training programs and the platform.

  • Consultations regarding the cost of programs and scripts.

  • Transferring interested and prepared contacts to a sales manager or educational consultant.

  • Regular communication support with the contact base: sending cases, program updates, invitations to new events.

About you:

  • You have a high level of empathy and the ability to ask questions and build a relationship.

  • text-decoration: none">Ability to work in a clear timing (especially in the 24-48 hour window) and carefully record information.

  • Readiness for monotonous and scrupulous tasks (working with data, CRM, writing follow-ups).

  • Basic time management skills and the ability to organize your own working day.
