Customer Service Specialist with English

Location: Warszawa

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);

✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;

✅ Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

🌍 Language: Proficiency in English (C1);

💼 Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, cool if you have experience in Sales;

💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;

🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiast
