Duties

  • Reception and processing of customer requests (incoming calls, email and messengers);

  • Consultation regarding company services and existing of products;

  • Correspondence with customers in Telegram and other communication channels;

  • Helping customers in solving standard issues and escalating difficult situations;

  • Keeping records, recording requests in CRM, supporting customer cards;

  • Working in a team for stable service clients.

 We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Communicable, polite and customer-oriented;

  • Speaks Ukrainian at a high level (written and spoken);

  • Attentive to details, responsible and able to work with customers;

  • Confident in using a PC, messengers, basic tools;

  • Ready to learn the specifics of Telegram products and company processes;

  • Experience in support will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
