In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a customer service specialist / Support manager who will work with incoming customer requests and maintain a high level of service.
Duties
Reception and processing of customer requests (incoming calls, email and messengers);
Consultation regarding company services and existing of products;
Correspondence with customers in Telegram and other communication channels;
Helping customers in solving standard issues and escalating difficult situations;
Keeping records, recording requests in CRM, supporting customer cards;
Working in a team for stable service clients.
We are looking for a candidate who:
Communicable, polite and customer-oriented;
Speaks Ukrainian at a high level (written and spoken);
Attentive to details, responsible and able to work with customers;
Confident in using a PC, messengers, basic tools;
Ready to learn the specifics of Telegram products and company processes;
Experience in support will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

Work format: office only (remotely not we are considering).
Working schedule: 5/2, from 11:00 to 20:00;
