And where you're surrounded by people who share your determination to tackle the world's toughest medical challenges.Currently, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with previous experience in Pharma companies for further development and support of our activities in UkraineLocation: KyivResponsibilities:Coordinate timely shipments of goods to distributors from consignment warehouse and improve the efficiency of the process;Handling customers’ claims related to damages, shortages in the delivery;Organize proper management of customers’ orders;Maintain relevant documentation flow with external warehouse;Prepare, update and submit required monthly closing reports;Develop and maintain strong working relations with other departments (Quality, DRA, Finance, Market Access, external warehouse) for timely support to the customers regarding sales planning and ongoing products related changes.Requirements:1-3+ years of customer service experience in a multinational company;Knowledge of distribution mechanism;Knowledge of tender processAnalytical thinking and high accuracy with numbersUpper-intermediate in EnglishHigh level of self-management and accountabilityPharma experience is a big advantageYou will receive:Competitive salary and bonus levels;Medical and life insurance;Variety of knowledge sharing and training opportunities;Work in an international innovative company;Be part of a mission to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people's lives We are Novartis.
