Requirements for the candidate:

Working conditions:
- Remote work or work in the Kyiv office;
- Official employment;
- Five-day work schedule (2 floating weekends);
Working schedule of the project: Mon-Sun: 08:00-20:00 (In this interval, shifts of 9 hours per day are placed).
Responsibilities:
- Reception of incoming calls from company clients;
- Make outgoing calls to survey customers;
- Provide advice and resolve customer issues;
