Requirements for the candidate:

Working conditions:

1. Remote work or work in the Kyiv office;
2. Official employment;
3. Five-day work schedule (2 floating weekends);

Working schedule of the project: Mon-Sun: 08:00-20:00 (In this interval, shifts of 9 hours per day are placed).

Responsibilities:

• Reception of incoming calls from company clients;
• Make outgoing calls to survey customers;
• Provide advice and resolve customer issues;
• Entering and working with the database.
