Today, we can confidently claim that we have expertise in the universal ticket sales channel both online and offline, among former compatriots in Germany and the EU.

Tasks at your new job:

• Assisting customers of the theater and concert box office in all matters related to the proposed events
• Processing of incoming requests by phone, e-mail and chat
• Issuance of new orders and processing of existing ones Maintaining and updating CRM
• Interaction with colleagues from accounting and IT

This sets you apart from the crowd:

• Competent oral and written language in Russian and Ukrainian
• Ability to build a dialogue over the phone
• Attention to details and diligence
• Proactive, customer-oriented and friendly
• Willingness to help colleagues
• You are confident with a PC
• Your knowledge of the German language is at least B2 level

We offer full-time employment from Tuesday to Saturday. You will need your own PC, stable Internet access and a headset with a microphone. We'll give you access to our virtual phone system and corporate mail so you can work wherever you're most comfortable. You don't need to be tied to the office!

If there is a work need and if YOU wish, you can take additional hours and thus increase your monthly income. In any case and no matter what happens, you can always rely on punctual salary and paid vacation.
