You are ready, if you have

  • minimum intermediate English language skills and enjoy working in an international environment, are able to adjust your communication style according to the respective culture

  • good knowledge of MS Office and Customer Service communication tools

  • previous work experience in Customer Service

  • logistics knowledge (as a plus)

  • attention to details and accuracy in completing complex tasks

  • ability to learn fast and work under time pressure

  • proactive approach in problem solving

We are ready and within our team you will

  • navigate through and usage of Transporeon web-platform and support tools

  • provide Customer support via e-mail, Transporeon platform messaging tools and incoming calls

  • follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • ensure that each Customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment

  • resolve Customer requests in order to provide full, timely and professional response on all customer inquiries
