In connection with the development of the service team, we are looking for a customer support specialist - a person who likes to help, knows how to quickly find solutions and enjoys high-quality service.
Your main tasks:
Receive and process requests from customers (phone, e-mail, chat).
Provide fast, clear and complete consultations on KOLO.TB products and services.
Maintain a high level of service — resolve issues promptly and with attention to the client.
Make applications for connecting services.
Enter information into the billing system and CRM.
Form short daily reports on work performed.
Our ideal candidate:
Able to sell or resell services over the phone - gently, professionally, without pressure.
Has communication skills with difficult customers / debtors and the ability to explain loyalty terms.
Owns office programs, CRM and, preferably, billing systems.
Official employment.
24 calendar days of vacation + sick leave (KZpP).
Schedule: 2/2 from 09:00 to 21:00 — stable, without night shifts.
Trial period — 2 months.
