Customer service specialist in PrivatBank

Primary responsibilities:< /strong>

• Sale banking services to clients - individuals according to established KPIs
• Calling clients with current bank offers
• Service and consultation clients - individuals in a bank branch
• Regulation of banking services on the go (at enterprises, organizations)
• Adherence to the standards and quality level of customer service
• Fulfillment of requirements regarding financial monitoring and compliance< /li>

Basic requirements:

• Full general secondary education
• Confident PC and tablet user
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)

Would be preferred:

• Professional pre-higher education and above or in the process of studying at a higher education institution
• Experience in sales and working with clients
• Skills of active sales, making presentations and working with objections
• Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services in terms of sales and customer service
