Customer service specialist in Raiffeisen Bank

Your future duties: 

• Advise customers about the terms and benefits of the Rife ATB card

• Help customers order a card, and draw out the necessary documents

• Conduct identification and verification of clients and transfer documents to colleagues in the branch

Your experience and skills: 

• Ability to use a smartphone, namely: taking photos of documents, sending files by e-mail  

• Openness to communication 

• Proactivity and the ability to learn quickly

• Responsibility
