Main duties:< /strong>

• Accepting and processing orders from customers
• Coordination of shipments between customers and warehouses of Syngenta LLC
• Conducting discounts, price adjustments, compensations, product returns< /li>
• Ensuring effective document flow with clients
• Coordination and documentation of seed issuance for the company's internal needs (DEMO\SbS )
• Participation in the preparation of department reports
• Preparation of presentations, analysis of information upon request

Our candidate has:

• Higher financial and economic education - will be an advantage
• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
• English language at a level no lower than Intermediate
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility
• Speed ​​of learning and assimilation of new information
• Willingness to work with a large amount of information
• High level of self-organization and the ability to interact in team
