Primary responsibilities:< /strong>
- Sale of banking services to clients - individuals in accordance with established KPI
- Making calls to customers with current offers of the bank
- Service and consultation of customers - individuals in the bank branch
- Regulation of banking services abroad (at enterprises, organizations)
- Compliance with the requirements of standards and level of service quality clients
- Implementation of financial monitoring and compliance requirements
Basic requirements:
- Full general secondary education
- Confident PC and tablet user
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
Would be preferred:
- Professional pre-higher education and above or in the process of studying at a higher education institution
- Experience in sales and working with clients
- Skills of active sales, making presentations and working with objections
- Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services in terms of sales and customer service
