We invite candidates for the position "Specialist in working with customers of the online store MOYO"in the city of Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Accept incoming phone calls from customers;
• Advise customers about the products presented on the site, the terms of their purchase and the status of orders;
• Order the product.

Requirements:

• A confident PC user;
• Have competent written and spoken language;
• You learn quickly;
• Ability to find and filter the necessary information;
• The ability to work in a team, focus on the result, the ability to set priorities correctly and consistently, accuracy and attentiveness.
