We are looking for a "Customer Service Specialist"

• No requirements for work experience;
• You have competent oral/written communication;
• A confident PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP ERP is preferred);
• Able to control emotions and mood.

Your main tasks will be:

• Face-to-face reception of the Society's clients;
• Providing advice to clients within the scope of activities of the OSR;
• Registration and processing of client requests;
• Conclusion and renegotiation of contracts for the distribution of electricity with household customers;
• Formation and delivery of invoices for paid services.
