Main duties:

• Accepting and processing orders from customers
• Coordinating shipments between customers and warehouses of Syngenta LLC
• Conducting discounts, price adjustments, compensations, product returns
• Ensuring effective document flow with clients
• Daily interaction with the sales department on contract implementation

Our candidate has:

• Higher financial and economic education will be an advantage
• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
• English language at a level not lower than Intermediate
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility
• Speed ​​of learning and assimilation of new information
• High level self-organization and the ability to interact in a team
• Stress resistance to different situations
