Meest Canada is looking for a Customer Service Representative (English, Ukrainian) to support customers across Canada while covering the Vancouver / Alberta time zones.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information regarding orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics-related matters.
- Monitor and track shipments using internal systems and third-party logistics platforms, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with customers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, delivery delays, and service disruptions by coordinating with warehouse teams, transportation providers, and carrier partners.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, service issues, and feedback in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with completing post-payment forms and related documentation.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further review and resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a call center is an advantage.
- Ability to work Vancouver / Alberta time zones.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Confident user of CRM systems, email, and internal tracking tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
