Meest Canada is looking for a Customer Service Representative (English, Ukrainian) to support customers across Canada while covering the Vancouver / Alberta time zones.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information regarding orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics-related matters.
  • Monitor and track shipments using internal systems and third-party logistics platforms, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, delivery delays, and service disruptions by coordinating with warehouse teams, transportation providers, and carrier partners.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, service issues, and feedback in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with completing post-payment forms and related documentation.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate departments for further review and resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a call center is an advantage.
  • Ability to work Vancouver / Alberta time zones.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Confident user of CRM systems, email, and internal tracking tools.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
