Customer service representative in Smart Integrator

Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing support to our customers. Duties: To be in contact with customers in chats, answering their questions and helping them.Resolve customer problems and complaints, doing everything possible to keep them happy.Process service and support requests so everything is clear and fast.Maintain a customer database so we know who they are and what they need. Do everything possible to make our customers happy and loyal to us. Requirements: Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage. Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a fluent level. Proficiency in English will be a plus. PC and online skills chats. Responsible attitude to work and focus on results.
