Project information:
We are looking for experienced The specialist, who will participate in the development and ensuring the high-quality functioning of the customer service quality control system, will monitor compliance with the work standards of call center specialists.
Main tasks:
- Evaluate the quality of customer service by existing metrics.
- Conduct operator performance feedback and coaching.
- Conduct review and analysis of complaints received from customers.
- Participate in development, improvement and implementation of the quality control system, creation of standards and regulations, control of their compliance.
It is important for us:
- Experience as a quality control manager, trainer, team leader or supervisor in a call center;
- Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
- Interest in customer service and maintenance;
- Attention to detail, responsibility and punctuality;
- Understanding the principles of customer orientation and service;
- Skills for working with negative emotions, conflict management.
