What will you do?
- Communicate with customers through chats and correspondence, answering theirs requests.
- Resolve technical issues: for example, help with password recovery or account setup.
- Help with registrations, payments and related processes.
- Refer complex issues to other departments while coordinating information to quickly resolve the client's problem.
Who are we looking for?
- A person fluent in German language (B2 and above).
- Someone who confidently uses a computer and easily learns new programs.
- A natural communicator, able to express ideas clearly and comprehensibly in writing and orally.
- Experience in customer support would be an advantage, but not required.
