And now we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to join our team in our office in Zh.m. Trinity

We will consider a candidate without experience, but with a mandatory knowledge of English at the Intermediate (B1) level and above (grammar + speaking)

What will you do?

• Present the school and tell more details about the training program for customers who left their phone number
• Invite interested customers to a free trial lesson
• Enter data into the customer database
• Choose the best schedule for students
• Accept payments from students in the office
• Give a presentation of the school in Ukrainian or English (we will teach you)

• Variable schedule working hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday (today is a morning shift, tomorrow is an evening shift. Every other day. For students, we suggest taking an evening shift to combine with the university)< /li>
