In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a responsible and communicative Customer Service Manager for the technical support of existing customers in the city of Kyiv.

What you will do:

- Provide technical support to customers by phone, e-mail and chat;

- Answer questions about the company's products and services;

- Register and solve technical problems of customers;

- Maintain a base customer data and their requests.

- Carry out technical pre-sale preparation of equipment

- Monitor and warn of possible technical malfunctions

- Ensure the operability of systems and equipment

Required experience:

- Experience in the field of technical customer support will be a big plus;

- Confident command of the Ukrainian language;

- High level communication skills and the ability to listen and understand the needs of clients.
