Our products are used by millions of Ukrainians, so a team of specialists works hard on improvements and the search for innovative solutions. In this position, you will help clients quickly and qualitatively resolve their requests.
What are the tasks facing the Client Manager:

• Telephone consultations: answers incoming and outgoing customer calls and helps resolve their inquiries regarding the company's products: AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com.
• Written consultations: processing requests from users in chats and e-mail.
• Service requests: work with the Creatio CRM system and interaction with other teams.

On average, a client-manager receives 60-80 applications per working day.
Now about waiting for the candidate we are looking for:

• Experience of working with clients: telephone consultations or offline interaction.
• Caring approach and empathy: the ability to understand the client's needs and the desire to help.
• Orientation on a high level of service: the ability to provide a high-quality customer experience even in difficult situations.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in the field of customer support or contact center.

About the interview stages:

• After selecting your resume, a phone call with a recruiter.
• Interview in online format with the team leader and coach.
• Invitation for a paid internship remotely or in the office (2-3 weeks)
