What are the tasks facing the Client Manager:

Telephone consultations: answers incoming and outgoing customer calls and helps resolve their inquiries regarding the company's products: AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com.

Written consultations: processing requests from users in chats and e-mail.

Service requests: work with the Creatio CRM system and interaction with other teams.
On average, a client-manager receives 60-80 applications per working day.
Now about waiting for the candidate we are looking for:
- Experience of working with clients: telephone consultations or offline interaction.
- Caring approach and empathy: the ability to understand the client's needs and the desire to help.
- Orientation on a high level of service: the ability to provide a high-quality customer experience even in difficult situations.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in the field of customer support or contact center.
About the interview stages:
