We are looking for a talented and modern Call Center Operator (Retention).

Main tasks:

• Do weekend calls to the base of existing customers for the purpose of retention;
• Receive feedback, requests for offers; 
• Help with possible difficulties; 
• Give bonuses, offer promotions, new and/or alternative products.

It is important for us:

• Experience as a contact center operator; 
• Experience in sales, telemarketing (welcome); 
• User-level PC freedom; 
• Russian and Ukrainian languages ​​- fluent; 
• Community, passion for sports, sense of humor; 
• The ability to clearly explain your thoughts is a must.
• Age from 21 (this is required by the gaming business legislation)
