Customer service manager (printing, large format printing) in Farba

Job description

Farba advertising agency is looking for an active, competent and responsible manager for work with clients to join its team. The services we provide are large-format printing (banners, stickers, posters), printed products (business cards, flyers, booklets). The work consists in receiving and processing orders from regular customers and new ones coming to us from our site.

Requirements:

• Free use of PC
• Ability to learn quickly
• Willingness to work for results
• Ability to communicate with clients online (phone, e-mail, messengers) , no cold calls
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Emotional competence (non-conflict)
• Knowledge of the basics (minimum) of Photoshop, CorelDRAW programs is desirable
• Basic knowledge of materials for large-format printing is desirable.
• Experience in the field of printing from 1 year is desirable.

Obov connections:

• communication with clients online (phone, e-mail, messengers), without cold calls
• calculation and acceptance of orders
• registration of orders
• checking the customer's layouts (files) for correctness
• support and control of order fulfillment
