Customer service manager, office manager in ChISTE-POVITRYa

CHYSTE-POVITRYA is a Ukrainian company specializing in servicing air conditioning systems for the domestic and commercial sectors. In connection with the expansion of the business, we are looking for a responsible and communicative Customer Service Manager, office manager to join the team.

Duties:

- Interaction with the company's customers via phone, e-mail and personal meetings;

- Receiving incoming calls and consulting customers;

- Organization of office work, control of office supplies;

- Supporting existing clients and finding new ones;

- Preparation of documentation and ensuring its proper storage.

Requirements:

- Experience in the field of customer service will be a big plus;

- High sociability, ability to quickly resolve conflict situations;

- Confident command of Ukrainian and Russian languages;

- High level of responsibility and organization.
