• Accept calls from bank customers via Internet telephony.
• Help customers with banking service issues.
• Be a face (and voice!) of a leading bank of Ukraine.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• Willingness to learn and develop, the ability to quickly absorb a large amount of information.
• Confident use of a PC (office programs, fast typing).
• Higher/incomplete higher/secondary special education.
