Hello! My name is Nick and I have a business that manages properties that are rented out on Airbnb (daily). We operate in the US market, mainly near Disney World in Central Florida.

At this stage, we have 35 homes under management and perform over 400 cleanings per month.

I am looking for a manager who will   work remotely and MUST: 

- Have a computer, telephone, high-speed internet, and understanding of Microsoft Office. 

- Work in the American EST time zone (same as Colombia)

- Have upper-intermediate   English skills (B2)

This vacancy   does not involve any sales in English. However, you have to be able to call and speak English when necessary.

What obligations will a potential candidate have? 

- Answer guests' questions on the platform in text format.

- Create a cleaning schedule for cleaning.

- Accompany clients in WhatsApp chats.

- Post job advertisements for cleaners.  

- Respond to changes and interact with the team.

- Any other remote tasks related to the job.
