Customer service manager (English language) in MSP-Ukraine

We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining business correspondence, filling the Client database;
• Telephone negotiations with national Clients;
• Organization of electronic mailings using postal services;
• Searching and working with Clients on LinkedIn;
• Providing consultations in the field of intellectual property (we offer training).

Basic requirements:

• English language at B2-C1 level: fluency, mainly written form of communication.
• Communication skills: effective communication on the phone and in writing.
• Working with LinkedIn: experience in finding clients and building professional connections.
• Marketing experience: will be a significant advantage.
• Technical knowledge: experience with mailings is also a plus.
