Taski:

• introduction of a new client into the system, knowledge of the basics of warehouse accounting;
• reception and processing of client applications/orders for the arrival/departure of goods from the warehouse;
• putting the goods on accounting, control of the movement of goods through the system, work with acts;
• work with goods on delivery, creation of shipments, control of the timeliness of their delivery;
• communication with the client on all issues;

• communication with the operational divisions of the company within the framework of customer service;
• inventories of the portfolio of clients assigned to the manager;
• calculation of services and their coordination with the client for invoicing services;
• work with calls/problems that come to the center for a portfolio of clients.

Requirements :

• education: complete university;
• work experience as a warehouse accounting manager, customer service manager (from 1 year);
• confident PC user (knowledge of 1C 8.2 (warehouse, delivery), WMS);
• knowledge of the basics of communication, conducting business correspondence, conducting negotiations;
• ability to listen, communicate with customers;
